"Okay, I'm going to detail my choreography, I'm going to detail myself, yes my body. It's very important when you detail the choreography or everything you do; why? Because then you don't look sloppy. You have to be careful with your hands, be careful with your arms. Like for example if you're doing a pirouette, and you look at yourself, and you go all the way up, I mean you can't look like that. You always try to think about it, what's the best position. So go to the mirror, any mirror in your house, look at yourself, and see if you have enough position that looks, something that's presentable, something that doesn't make you look sloppy, or curved, or floppy; you have to look up. So think about all the time, what is my position, how am I going to look like, how am I going to present myself. So detail your body. How are you going to detail? Just pay attention to those little points that you need to be all the time more specific. Okay, be specific, be detailed, that's going to help you to look up to your choreography, so that's how you're going to detail your body. Now the best thing is how to control your energy, that's our next clip; stay tuned."
