"Okay, we're going to go a little bit more advance choreography. We're going to go Four Steps Back, start with the right; one, two, three, four, we're going to switch on the five one. And then we're going to go forward, jump. We want to try to kick back and go back to the same scene. Okay, so one more time. So I'm going with my right leg back; one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight; one, two. Okay. So I'm going to slow one more time. Just remember all the time when you're jumping, you need to prayer for going up, you need to go down. So all the time, prayer before you're jumping. So you go right, left, right, left, switch, forward, jump, kick, bring it to the center. Okay. So that's pretty much the mechanical of the advance choreography that we're going to do. I'm going to go a little bit more chain it and get together, let's do it with the right side. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and one. Okay. Okay. this is real slow so you guys can get the last part that we we're doing, okay. We're trying to do the jump. So what I'm trying to do is pretty much impulse my body when I'm going all the way down and bend my knees and then I'm going to push up after that. So I'm going in prayer and I'm going up and I'm going to push my body. Yeah. Notice that I'm using only one leg. I'm using my right leg, my left leg is using for doing this thing. So watch my left leg, my left is going around. Yes. And my right is just hop. Watch again, I'm going what we call a Sheni and from there, we're going to jump, yeah. Okay. One more time. So I'm going to use my arms at the same time when I'm going around and going all the way up. Okay. Now we're going to do a little more faster emotion and get it together, when you get that rotation and that move in together, you see your body, your legs and your hop and then the emotion picks it up a little bit, you get a momentum and you get high, okay. And that's how you make the moment."
