"So how does that feel, JR? Oh my gosh, I almost fell asleep. What are you talking about? It's real nice. Do you feel a tingling a little bit? I feel everything, it's just wonderful. Yeah? What time can you be at my house tomorrow? Well now what I'm going to do is I'm going to give you a nice neck and shoulder massage. OK. OK? And while that steams, I'm just going to let you relax for a little bit. Now, at home if you want to give yourself a massage, what are the areas to really hit? I know they always say, like, the back of the neck, like what you're doing, and underneath the chin to help with people that have, like, a double chin. Can you tell me, just, you know, really quick points for the massage to hit. Well, it's a little difficult to actually give yourself a massage. But, if you're going to massage your face, it's good to massage around the eyes, right around the nose, the forehead. And I'll show you that in a little bit. And you want to go in sort of circular motions around there. But, it's kind of difficult to massage your own neck. I mean, how good does this feel? It feels amazing. Now, do you think you can make yourself feel that amazing? No. This is better than the little massage chairs at the mall that I'm used to sitting in. Right, so you have to have someone else do it. Every once in a while you need to go and have a professional treatment done, just so you can relax and really enjoy the benefits. And part of the benefits are just de-stressing. One of the best things about skin care is learning how to take time for yourself. And just take a long, deep breath. Why don't you take a deep breath for me? Doesn't that feel nice? Very nice. So now what we're going to do is I'm going to remove the mask from your face, but I'm first going to do what's called a rotary brush. Feels good, huh? Oh my God, good times, good times. These are called the oxipitals, oxipitals right back here. And this is a really nice way to release stress and tension. It's right at the base of the skull, and if you just press on those points, and that is something that you can do for yourself. I have a product called tension relief balm, I'm actually going to use a little bit on you right now. So, where are those located again? Right at the base? Yes, right at here, right at the base of the skull. Right at the top of the neck. OK. OK? Right there. You feel that tingle? Yes. It's a really nice way to just relieve stress and tension. With so many people working on computers now-a-days, you need to have something there just to, just to help you with your neck and help you just relieve some of the pressure."
