We all have a little more oils in the nose area so that's an area that we're going to be cleaning out, and after I remove your makeup I'm going to be able to see a lot more of what you have going on, but judging by what I can see right now I think you'd really benefit from a photo rejuvenation facial. OK. Ok? So why don't we go ahead and remove the makeup first and then we'll see what's going on. Ok. "
