"In this series, we're going to talk about some things women can do to keep themselves safe while traveling or when they're out and abroad. Also important if you are in a, late at night, deserted environment, you want to make sure you minimize distractions, don't talk on the cell phone, don't be distracted by something else, unless, the only reason you should be on a cell phone if you're calling because you feel you're in danger. Otherwise you're putting yourself at risk because again the criminals are looking for easy prey. They're not looking for someone who's going to put up a fight and pay attention. So, especially in an environment where there is no one else around, maybe it's dimly lit, after hours, maybe a building that's not open yet, under construction, those kinds of things can be very dangerous. In addition to construction zones, after hours warehouses, after hours office buildings, even late night at a hotel can pose dangers. Because if it's three o'clock in the morning the hallway is maybe dimly lit, there's people who have been out drinking, maybe people who are looking for someone to attack. So it's very important to stay on your guard. Anytime you're not fully comfortable of what is going on around you. When you're dealing with people, especially at night when they've been drinking perhaps, it's extremely important to make your feelings very, very clear. If you don't want to spend time with somebody let them know. Don't be nice and polite when you're health is at risk. So if someone wants, approaches you, they want to spend time with you, they want to take you out, you're not interested, make it very clear you're not interested, you don't want to spend time with them, you don't want to go to the hotel room with them. Don't be ambiguous and polite and sweet if you feel like you're in danger. You want to be very, very clear and very, very firm about your feelings about, on the situation. So, if Zondra's walking around the corner and somebody comes up and she, and he puts his arm around her just like this in a very friendly way, she needs to immediately push away from him and get away and get in a space, set up a real boundary, 'Get back!'. Let him know that she's not interested, there's no unclear terms about how she feels. "
