"The most important thing to start with is to chose a topic that's going to make you really, really happy when you're going to make your vision board. You want to pick something that you're really, really wanting in your life. Something that you really need to take care of, because that's going to help you move forward. That's going to help you release any blocks that you have and it's going to help you focus something about what your intention is so that you can make a change if you need one. If you're going along really well and you've got great momentum, it'll help kick you even further. Some topics can be very specific. You can say you're going for a job interview so you're going to visualize getting one particular job. You can make a vision board for that. You can make a vision board that you can carry around in your pocket so that you can just refer to it, so that you can look at your goals. Let's say you want to stop smoking cigarettes. You can have a vision board of not smoking cigarettes any more. You can do it for relationships. You can do it for a long term goal. Let's say you want to go tour Europe and spend a year traveling. You can certainly give yourself a great vision board of traveling the world. You can start collecting magazines and you're going to be so happy because you're going to be looking at all these great things you're going to be able to do. Then your day to day life is just going to be more fun. When I think about what do I want to do for my vision board today? The thing that comes to mind is money. The reason I want money is because everybody needs money in their life. I think it would be a fun topic for us to look at, because right now there's a lot of people saying bad stuff about money and there are a lot of people who've said really bad stuff about money. I'm going to put and end to that with the vision board we're going to make together today. "
