"The materials that we need for a vision board are really fun to gather and they're simple. You need to pick out some surface things. So any kind of paper, any kind of cardboard. You can get one of those little chalk boards. Pin kind of things where they have little sticky things. People have even used their desktops on their computers. If you're really creative, you can do that. For today, we're going to use scissors, you need either a glue stick or tape. I like using a glue stick. I like using pens, different color Sharpies. We're going to do some color little blingy things because I like sparkles because they're fun. You're also going to need to get some magazines. Going through your junk mail is the greatest thing in the world when it comes to making vision boards. You get all these magazines, you don't really need and you get tons and tons of different pictures of things and great words to use and we're going to be using some words. That's basically what you're going to need and if you've been finding pictures of things that you really, really like in your life. If you have a dream car or if you have something that makes you smile inside. Save that picture. Get yourself a folder and start saving things that you love so that you can put together vision boards any time you need some motivation in your life. One of the greatest things that you can do for yourself, if you're ever not having a great time, is make a vision board so you can be happy, because you're going to have the things you love."
