"Okay, now we have the pocket that looks like this, a little excess on the edge so I'm going to go ahead and clip that off. If you want you can trim corners, it will make it sit a little more in the corners. If you trim them off, be careful not to trim too close or you'll take your corner clear off. You just want to reverse it, pull some of the inside out, and we are going to iron it flat. And if you're picky about it, you can use something to poke your corners in, just be careful not to poke through them because you can take a corner clear out. Just make sure you have all the sides out as far as they will go, make sure your iron is not set too hot for your material so you don't singe it. You just want to iron it flat, and then you want to find where your opening is, because it's always a good idea to start there so it doesn't pucker when you go to sew it. Alright, here's my opening, so I"m going to start right before the opening. And then you want to sew all the way around the edges about 1/4" to 1/2". Everything I do is approximate, so you're always allowed to do whatever works for you because it makes it more fun that way. Just pivot at the corners, the last one, and make sure you line up with the original line so try to make sure you're about where you were there. And there's your pocket!"
