"Alright, for our next posture we're going to come back to down dog. So if you just finished the locust down dog sequence and you're on your belly or you're in childs pose, make your way back to down dog placing the hands and lifting through the tailbone. We're just going to do a couple of leg lifts. So we're going to take the right leg first, letting it extend, letting the hip open, look up at the ceiling underneath your armpit. You can bend that leg to let it fall, sometimes the weight helps to open through the hip and then as you're ready exhale to put it down. Inhaling, the left leg up, opening through the hip, look up under the armpit, you can let that leg bend, and replace it. Inhaling, just nice comfy little leg lifts, exhaling, inhaling and exhaling. When you're done, again come back to childs pose, take a few breaths here, rest your arms and get ready for the next one."
