"So this next asana sequence for reviving and waking up in the morning is locust to down dog. It's a little flow that I like, but we're going to start on our bellies. Little locust pose, we're going to clasp the hands, this is a variation I prefer but you can do the one that you prefer, clasp the hands, press the knuckles down, bring the shoulder blades together, lift the heart at the same time we're going to keep the legs straight and lift them up, lots of energy through the toes. Notice I'm not crunching my neck like this, I'm extended bringing the shoulder blades together, reaching the toes back, this is locust. Exhale, we're going to place the hands under the shoulders and we're going to tuck the toes. We're going to lift up, pressing through table top into down dog. Step those feet down, let the heels drop, shoulder blades are wide, palms are flat, fingers spread and the tailbone is lifted. Exhaling into the pose, and then inhaling pressing back down to your belly clasping fingers, inhaling to locust, exhale into down dog. Take a full breath here, exhaling as you come on down, inhaling into locust. That's the flow, if you repeat that as many times as you want, I'd say at least five times do that little flow and then when you're ready you can rest on your belly or you can come into childs pose, take a breath or two before your next pose."
