"Now we've cut our paper that we're going to use and we're unrolling the edge and our wooden dowel is going to go along this edge. You want to leave a little bit of a lip so that we can start to roll it. Again, you're going to take you very adhesive glue and you're going to run down the whole lining of the paper. When you're doing this craft, there's no such thing as too much glue. You really want that dowel to stick on there. Then we're just going to place the tip of the dowel at the edge of the paper and hold that there for a few seconds. Let that get nice and tight and cool. Just remember to keep this lip and then along that lip another line of glue. Then with your fingers just fold that edge over and start running your fingers along those edges, sticking it to the dowel. Again, you're going to want to pinch that and hold that there, let it get on there good and tight. Once that on there, you're goind to start rolling your paper back around the dowel until you've got it wrapped all the way around. Once that's wrapped around, take a rubber band. That I have here. You're going to wrap a rubber band around this and you only have to let it set that way for about sixty seconds, and then your Chinese yo-yo is going to be complete. You're just going to roll it out a little, give it a little room, and now you're ready to go. A great toy for parties."
