"To start the craft, what you're going to do is take your wooden dowels and you're going to take your roll of wrapping paper and you're going to line them up at the ends. Then all you want to do is just kind of slide this out, slide out your dowel, so that you have a marker so that you're using about thee quarters of the dowel. That's what you want covered in paper. You're just going to make a little mark or you can use your scissors. Then, since this is a pretty thin roll, I'm just going to cut right through it, if I can. And, this is what is going to go on our wooden dowel to make our Chinese yo-yo. You're going to want to unroll it, just a bit, and the inner edge is what we're going to use to adhere to our wooden dowel to start making our Chinese yo-yo."
