"Now what she's wearing is called Siko-Siko. It's a design of the hand woven Malong from the people of the flooded plains called Maguindanao. The Maguindanao and Maranaw are neighbors and also our cousins. According to our Salsila, we are related from Datu Dimasangkay and also through Sultan Kudarat. So that's why Maranaw's sometimes wear Maguindanao Malong. Now the Maranaw Malong is what I'm wearing. This is called Landap. This is hand-woven at the same time daintily embroidered with Panolong or Naga design or Dragon design. Just like the feet and the hand movement that has a lot of symbols, that is connected to that regal, regal dragon."
