"Ok, now that we have taped our hat you want to tape it all the way around, and allow the paper to crinkle. We're going to have the shape of a hat so we can remove it off of our base and now you have that great dome shape for your children's head. And the reason they call this the sixty second hat is because it only takes about sixty seconds to make. So at this point you can start cutting off some of the excess edges. The kids can add glitter to it, stickers, it's really easy to do and it's great if they are having a tea party with their friends. You can get rid of all of that old wrapping paper. And again, it's a great recyclable craft if you have birthday party paper from a child's birthday. Pool it all together, make a bunch of hats and let the kids run around and really have a good time with them. And I will go ahead and just place my hat on and say thank you."
