"OK, this is a project that I like to call sixty second hats, and it's great if you have little girls and they're having a tea party and they want some really big over the top hats. All you're going to need is some old newspaper, or what I like to use is old wrapping paper, so it's got some color to it. You're going to need something round to base your hat base on, so you'll either want a mop bucket that you're going to flip upside down. Today I'm going to use a basketball. You want something about eight inches around that you can use as a base. You're going to need some clear packing tape. Or masking tape, something that's a little strong. As well as a pair of scissors to cut your tape with. Now, you're going to want to precut about six or seven pieces of your packing tape, and have it, I'm going to have mine right here on the edge of my table close by, so that when you're ready to tape your hat, it's there for you, and you don't have to fiddle with it. So I've got my first piece cut and I'm going to continue now and cut my other six pieces so that I have a total of about seven pieces here ready for me."
