"Ok now that you have all your holes cut along the bottom of your tank top, you are going to take your ribbon or your cording that you use. You can use boat cording too which is cute. And you are going to start passing it through the holes and pulling it through, and then passing it under. And you are going to do this weave effect all the way through the tank top until you get to the other end. And we are going to tie these off, and that's going to seal the bottom of our bag. So as you pull through you are going to get this cute weaving effect of your ribbon and it acts like a double purpose. It gives it a nice detail and again, it's going to help us to seal the bottom of our bag and we are going to tie those ends together once we get them both across to both seams. And then once we've done that we'll tuck the bottoms up inside themselves and that's just going to add some additional support for our tank top bag. And we are just going to continue that all the way around and that fabric is going to start to bunch up and that's the perfect effect that we want. We want that to start closing in on itself."
