Tank Top Beach Bag: Cut Holes for Ribbons

"Ok now we are going to use the bottom of our tank top as the base of our bag. So you are going to want to locate the seams on each side on the front and back of the seam is where we are going to start with our holes. And you are just going to take your scissors and about an inch of the fabric you just want to snip a hole and you just want to make it large enough to get your fabric ribbon through or your cording. And then you are going to continue just every couple of inches, you're going to snip another hole. And you are going to continue till you get all the way to the other side of your shirt, and then we are going to repeat the process on the front, making sure to snip little holes that we can fit our ribbon through. And you definitely don't want to cut the seam itself on your sides of your tank top. You just want to cut little holes all the way around. And I'm going to continue on and that's going to act as a lacing for the bottom of the bag. And once you've done that, you flip over and begin on the front."
