"Now we're going to look at the golpe sound that we use on the feet. This sound is probably our strongest sound because the entire foot beats against the floor. Like doing the planta sound we're going to lift the leg up to a ninety degrees and hit the entire foot on the floor. I make a weight change so that I can get the weight off the other leg and lift hit that base sound. You can hear the sound very easily, this is the easiest of the sounds because you are using the entire foot against the floor. We can take the same sound now and hit twice. One two, change. One, two change, one, two, change. One, two change. Now I can take one, two, three, four change. Right, left, left, right and hold."
