"Let's look at the next patterns for the hands. Now, we're going to bend the wrist back and the fingers are all flat and facing front. I want you to make the letter O with the thumb and the middle finger. This is a very East Indian position of the hands. So, we open the hands flat. Ah, as we make that inside turn, we make the letter O with the thumb and the middle finger, touching and then separating. They're going to touch and they're going to separate. And they're going to touch, and they're going to separate. Try it going the other way, outside rotation, thumb and middle finger and up. And thumb and middle finger and up. And thumb and middle finger and up. Now, let's try the same movement over the head. And notice how now, the hands literally adorn the face and also add more energy to the arm movement. As we circle adentro or inside, afuera, outside. And notice I'm using just the thumb and the middle finger in all of these exercises."
