Video Transcript

"The standard portobral which we will look out now allows for the dancer to move the arm down with the elbow up and then come back up to the fifth position. Move the left arm down, keeping the elbows sticking out and come back up to the fifth position. If we add the head movement, we look to the right, and then we look to the front. And then we look to the left, and we come up to the front. Now we can move both arms at the same time, keeping those elbows sticking out and come up and through. And we can come back down and through. We can then place them on the waist. Notice how the elbow is sticking out in the front and I change my position over to the left. You can see both arms clearly, one arm looks like a handle of the teapot, and the other arm has the sharply lifted elbow. And so we move from side and to side."
