Step 1
Find a place to hang the bubble wrap dispenser. You will need to hammer two nails the same distance apart as the long piece of pvc pipe. 28 inches is good. Cut 2 pieces of rope equal length to how low you want you bubble wrap dispenser to hang.

Step 2
Attach one of the pvc pipe fittings to one side of the long pvc pipe. Run a piece of rope straight through the pipe fitting. Tie the top of the rope to one of the nails so it hangs down.

Step 3
Put the PVC pipe through the center of the bubble wrap and attach the 2nd pvc pipe fitting to the other side of the pvc pipe. Repeat step # 2 and run the rope through to the second nail and tie up that side. You now have a fast way to access your bubble wrap.
