"In this clip on how to audition for a Broadway play, I'm going to talk about your head shot and resume. A head shot is an eight by ten professional photograph of yourself, and they're all in color, by the way now. Black and whites are pretty outdated. It's, you can go get your friend to take a picture of you, but honestly, you're wasting your time and money. You need someone who specializes in head shots for actors. There's just a certain subtle gene se coi about when you use a professional actor head shot photographer. They're just, they know what they're doing, and they know the style, there's a certain style in the business. So you need a very professional head shot where you look relaxed, open, and you can staple or paste your resume to the back. It has your name, it has stats like your height, your weight, if you're a singer, a singer type, your union affiliation, your contactor, your agent or manager's contact information, and your experience put into very clear categories. I have my feet are category, my T.V. film category, my hosting comedy category, many different ways of doing that. Just have your education, your special skills, keep it organized, clean, readable, professional."
