In this clip, we are going to be drawing the neck and shoulders on our fair maiden. So start with the neck and kind of come down again. You don't want to make it too thick or too thin, try and get it as well proportioned as you can considering her size. Give her a pretty generous neck I suppose and kind of come down here like that. Now at this point you can kind of sort of complete what you are doing with the hair and feel free to connect the hair to where her shoulders are like so. There we go and now to continue on with her shoulders once again you don't want to make them too wide. Women back then weren't really known for their athletic ability. They were more so known for their beauty I suppose so we're going to draw the upper part of her shoulders here and leading down to where her chest will be. And to create sort of a fun look for her we are going to give her dress a bit of a ruffle that will kind of come down like so. What you can do now if you want to is start to come in here and draw these little ruffled shaped lines like so and just kind of work your way, you don't have to be too neat about it because I guess the neater you are with the ruffle like this, the more attention you will call and we don't want to call that much attention to it. Just kind of come in here and draw them like that and that really should do it as far as the shoulders are concerned. And from here we will obviously build on down and draw more of her dress and body. But for now we have got a good start on her shoulders. So if you've got this, sort of the ruffled look, you can come in here and if you want to sort of ruffle up even your straight line a bit that's actually kind of a good idea. I would say just kind of move along the edges and you can make it a little bit more jagged than it was before, not such a straight line but more of a ruffled thing, just by going along the line you already did and that changes the look a little bit I would say. So now let us move on to the arms.
