Alternative treatments to acid reflux, by that would be not using a pharmaceutical agent, we'll have to do with changes in our lifestyle ranging from losing weight, usually a weight lose of about 10% of the weight at the time of the diagnosis will be very helpful, in addition to initiate an exercise program as well as avoiding to have late night meals, decreasing the intake of foods such as spicy food, tomato sauce, cheeses, wines and age spirits. And again, the always the use of effervescent water such as salter water that has a little bit of bicarbonate in it, that will decrease the amount of acid.
