Well the good news is, marriage records are public records and are generally available to the public. If you know where this person has lived and for the most part you can contact the county and state where they live and find out how to go about getting marriage records for individuals in that county. Generally it's as simple as ordering it by telephone or through mail or sometimes over the Internet. There maybe a small fee involve but it's that simple. But you're going to have to know their name and the county and the state in which you think they were married.
