The best way to save money on your electrical bill is not use as much electronics as necessary. Always have a green state of mind and basically turn off lights that you are not using in a given room. Don't run your air conditioning at a high level when you are not at the property. There are various green saving devices that will counter balance and run the room at an efficient temperature while you are there. In fact there are ways to manage the light system in your home that do require some expenditure on your part but the long term savings are much, much worth it.
