"This is financial advisor, Patrick Munro, talking about how to keep a car from being repossessed. The right of owning a vehicle is just that, it's a right to have a vehicle but it comes with responsibilities and what's important is that you pay your car note on time because if you don't the repo man will show up and repossess your vehicle and that results in a a very bad mark on your credit. Many of the new automobiles nowadays also come with GPS tracking systems embedded into the hardware of the car so if you did end up not paying your bill and tried to hide the car from the note holder believe me, their repo man has GPS tracking software and can find your vehicle and remove it from you. So it's important to not buy too much car where you have too much of a payment that you cannot afford, make sure that your payment is done in a timely fashion and if at all possible keep your car where you don't have a car payment. This is the best way to keep your car from repossession. This is financial advisor, Patrick Munro."
