"This is financial advisor Patrick Munro talking about a very important business acumen, calculating marketing ROI or return on investment. If an individual is going to spend money from the company on marketing, that is to say advertising, direct mail, anything of that nature that would get the message out to the public to come to the business to do business with that entity, they're going to have to spend money. And when they do that, there has to be a return back to the business and it's called ROI. Return on investment. And this is critical that you choose wisely and make sure that there is a tractable way for you to see immediate results if not near term results, in the spending of your dollars. So that business will come in to the door that is profitable for you, that you can then turn around and reinvest in additional marketing. And then therefore, drive your business using marketing. It's a successful way to build your business but you have to be particularly mindful of the results that you are obtaining. And you do this by mastering return on investment when it comes to marketing. This is financial advisor Patrick Munro talking about marketing ROI."
