"This is financial advisor, Patrick Munro, talking about selling a time share with no upfront costs. It is possible in today's day and time to sell a time share that you may have acquired in the past that now has large maintenance fees and things that you're no longer interested in, and selling that without upfront costs. The ways to do that are there are agencies that exist that will take your details and post them up on a website or market them because they do have the resources to market timeshares, and they will not charge you anything upfront. However, they will charge you a commission on the ultimate sales price that they do achieve for your timeshare. Normally, people are glad to pay this because it comes out of the proceeds of the sale. And it's a great way to rely on a professional who is well versed in selling time shares that will basically take the inventory from you, and offer it up to an ever growing larger group of people that would like to purchase your timeshare. This is financial advisor, Patrick Munro, talking about selling a timeshare with no upfront costs."
