"To pinch a lacrosse stick first off you want to know why you're going to pinch a lacrosse stick. This is a vapor head. It's got a very big face to it. It's real easy to catch with and to play with, but when it comes to containing the ball, it's really big and the ball tends to rattle out of there sometimes. Now the first thing you want to do when pinching your lacrosse stick is you're going to want to run a piece of string or a zip tie through the area that you want to pinch. So here I've got this piece of nylon cord. So all I'm going to do now is crank it tight and then get a knot in here. Easier said than done... And now that is much more narrow and much more pinched than it was before."
