"Now I'm going to take a second to show you guys how to catch a lacrosse ball. When catching a lacrosse ball, you want to give your... whoever is throwing the ball to you a big target. You want to be able to hold the stick up so they can really get it there without doing this, without snapping at the ball. You want the ball to just be able to come right to you. The ball comes at you and is not to your stick, you can adjust yourself like this to catch the ball on the inside. You can catch it over here to the side. Wherever the ball is thrown, you just adjust yourself to get the face as flat as you can to get to the ball. And now I'm going to demonstrate how to catch a lacrosse ball. And here's how to not catch a lacrosse ball."
