"Just wanted to take a couple of minutes to show you guys how to shoot a lacrosse ball. It's real similar to throwing a lacrosse ball. Your hands are going to be very similar. Your left... if you're right handed, your left hand's going to be at the bottom and your right hand, your top hand is going to be a little bit further down so you can pull the stick further away from your body. There's a couple of different ways you an shoot. You can shoot overhand, which is going to be like this. Or you can shoot side arm which is more like that. And then there's more of a mid range shot which is going to be between the two which is right about here. It's just the same thing. And keep your hands in the same spot. Step with the opposite foot, and just twist with your shoulders."
