It's a solid rubber ball, little smaller than a baseball. To throw a lacrosse ball, you put the... if you're right handed you put your left hand at the bottom of the stick, your right hand at the top of the stick. You step with your opposite foot. You point with the butt end, and you pull and you push. You pull with your bottom hand and you push with your top hand. And by doing this you're aiming at the person who's catching the ball. And when you follow through, the ball should be going right on target. And now we're going to show you how it's done."
