"Cures for chronic fatigue are very particular. The history that the physician takes from the patient is going to dictate elements of what will help the chronic fatigue patient improve. For example, in our practice, if we have a patient that works at a large department store or a hardware store and they work in the garden center by pesticides and herbicides and each time they go in, they become more fatigued, it may be related to toxin exposure from the herbicides and pesticides. Or if they work with petroleum products, it helps push them into a chronic fatigue state. We also suggest as a in natural medicine, and and conventional medicine as well, to eliminate toxins from the bowel and from the liver so that the body can do more reconstruction. We found that our patients have more mental fog and fatigue if they have irregular bowel movements, if they do not eat many fruits and vegetables, if they eat a great deal of milk, white flour, sugar or beef, if they handle chemicals such as petroleum products, varnishes, pesticides, herbicides, cleansers, bleaches, detergents, umm, anything that they breathe in is in their, goes in their lungs and they they smell it. It's in their bloodstream in approximately seven to ten seconds, so so what we suggest for our patients is to wear gloves, or a mask, so that they're not constantly assaulting their system with toxins and to eat highly nutritious raw foods and drink lots of water."
