"What is a chronic disease? A chronic disease is something that is not normal. Of course, normal is just a setting on your dryer but normal on your body that you don't want that is uncomfortable, painful or irritable, unwelcome. It is something in your body that last more than 3 months, that's a chronic disease. Sometimes it's recurrent, it will come back and forth, and back and forth but it just stays with you. One in two Americans have a chronic disease, that's about a 133 million Americans. In the elderly, 90% of the elderly have a chronic disease, and 77% of those have more than one chronic disease. Chronic diseases can be affected by your nutrition, it can be affected by medication. So, see your doctor or natural health practitioner to have some positive results."
