"Hello, my name is Rocky Gillis. I'm with the Broward County Athletic Association and Offense-Defense Football Camps. In this clip, we're going to give you tips on being a better wide receiver. One of the first things we want to do is we want to work on stance and starts. So first we'll ask Pierre to get down in a sprinter stance. Get down in a pr, sprinter stance, Pierre, and this is how we start, umm, with the back foot back and we try to get his heel, the heel down. And we're going to ask Pierre to raise up about twelve inches. Come on up with your hands Pierre. Get your hands in a running motion and this is how we'll start. This is again, is of the man, is the coverage is back off and it's loose, okay? If we have tight coverage as the coverage walks up, we ask him to run, step up a little bit, balance his stance, bring your foot up a little bit, and now he has the ability to move left and right. Has to have the ability to make the contact and avoid the contact that's coming from the defensive back. The next tip that we have is coming off the ball hard and low. So we're going to ask these guys to first get in their sprinter stance, come up to the twelve inches, you got have loose coverage, so get your arms in running-ready mode, and then all of a sudden, go! Firing off ten yards. We're going to come back and we're going to ask them to get in the stances if their's a defensive back that's up and tight coverage against them and we're going to ask them to avoid the contact initially by using their hands. Set, go! Notice their contacting the hands at a defensive backs and ready to get out and get to an open area. Again, this has been Rocky Gillis. Thank you for watching."
