"Hi! Today I'm going to show you how to make your own cheap affordable litter box. The first thing you want to do is you want to go to a home goods store and purchase a small to medium size storage container, and this is essentially going to be our litter box. You want to keep in mind when selecting your container, how tall the walls are, how wide it is . You want to pretty much judge it based on the size of your cats if you have multiple cats in your household and make your choice based on that. But the first thing you can do is this essentially by itself would be an okay litter box. This actually works really well if you're traveling to make like a sort of an on-the-go litter box. Also, you want to remember that some cats are very anti-litter and will not step in the litter. So, you can actually take an Exacto blade and very carefully cut out a hole in the center, therefore some cats have the blade to stay on the side if they'd like. You can also, using garbage bags, make your own liner and one garbage bag equals pretty much two liners. You just want to take it, use your scissors to cut down the side and then take the tape pieces and just lay it in your litter box. You can use a couple pieces of tape to hold it in place as once you put litter in it, it will probably move your liner and then once you're done with it, you untape it and just fold it up, and throw away. And that is how you make a homemade litter box."
