"How to sell a car to the government would be just be a bidding process. You have to obviously go against other dealerships and once you came up with your proposal or what you could do, you will send that over and hopefully they will like you. Hopefully, they will like your number and then they will have a chose of the kind of service they thought they can get from you and your dealership verse the other companies that are out there that are your competition. You know I'll recommend coming in as low as possible. It's the government so I'll obviously what to make sure that you're being more than fair."
