"So how do we buy a building for a business? Well if I was buying a building for my company, for my business what I would do is go out there and look at buildings that were a) suitable. I would want to find real estate, an individual could show me what was available out there. If you have a business with a large amount of inventory, heavy equipment and so forth you are going to be looking for something that is more of a warehouse space a much larger building usually generally just a ground floor operation for most things. But if you have got more of a company that is service oriented you can work with a smaller structure that is maybe multi level, smaller offices and if I was buying one I would be looking for things like the wiring in the building, whatever you are looking for you know, internet ready, would be looking for phone lines already wired in and set up and ready to go. So when you are buying a building for a business you want to find something that is suitable for your operation and never even though you might walk into a very nice space, if it is not suitable for the type of business you do then it is probably not the right decision."
