"In this clip, I will show you how to make a braided bracelet. In order to make a braided bracelet, it's actually quite simple. I've been doing it for many years. You want to first start off by going to Joanne's or Michael's or any other crafts store and buy the thread color of your choice. I personally have pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, brown, purple, black. I have every color because I love making yarn bracelets. You want to start it off as a circle or a loop so you can easily tie it together at the end. Now, for the most basic bracelet, you're going to want to anchor it, and then you're going to want to make a knot. So you wrap the thread around all the other pieces of thread -- however many you want. The more thread you have, the thicker it will be. And pull it through. And then tighten it to the end. You want to do that probably, for this type of design, about eight times. And the tighter you pull, the smaller it'll be. Okay. Now, I switch the color. The orange and the blue are really pretty together. They both pop when they're next to each other. They're contrasting colors. Again, this is the most basic design. You can make arrows, you can slant it one way or the other. You can make Xs and Os. Again, you can make Xs and Os. This is, again, the most basic one. You can do different designs. You can make this...the flat colors or you can put all the colors together and it'll look a little something like that. Or you can make arrows. And half of one of these would just be a diagonal. And there you have it. That's how you make a braided bracelet."
