"Scott, were you ever thinking about why do people buy solar equipment? Well, you know, people buy homes as an investment and they really want to retire, right? They want to stop having to pay for it and eventually enjoy it and live out their long years enjoying their home. Well, solar of any kind, solar heating, photovoltaic solar, they all can be purchased with a long term goal of retiring from your energy bills as well. And so. Kind is that, retiring from your energy bills, that's kind of a new concept, that's, I know you get your house paid off then you have it for free and you're saying that you can, you get your solar system paid off then you have no utility payments either. Right. Is that what it is? That's true and unfortunately in today's world, we're very fast food oriented world and we don't look at the long term investment. So, a lot of people will shy away from a big purchase like a solar system but they're paying their energy bill anyway, so if they invest in a solar system whether it's heating or photovoltaic, eventually it's going to pay itself off. Let's say your utility bill's $200 a month, find a system that has a cost of $200 a month whether it's on a loan or a lease or you've got some money in your savings that you move over. If the ROI is 10 or 20% and you've got a payment that's the same as your utility bill, then the savings that you get from having the system. What's the difference? The choice is yours, Bruce. Do you want to just keep investing in the utility company? Or, do you want to invest in your own home in something that will eventually pay for itself."
