"Hey guys now I'm going to talk to you about starting a school dance team. The most important thing is first I would make some fliers letting people know that you are holding auditions for this dance team, pass the fliers out and you might want to pick like a specific age range, maybe you want like 16's or 18 or 14 through 17, whatever it may be. Pass those fliers out and hold auditions. If it is at a school you maybe want to do it right after school, like if school gets out at 3 hold your auditions at 3:15 that way people have time to get out of class, get ready, loosen up, give themselves a warm up or you might want to give a warm up prior to the audition. Now in the audition you want to already know or have a specific idea of how many people you want on your school dance team. If it's 15 hopefully you'll have at least 50 people come into the audition and just when you are finding your dancers for your team I would definitely, definitely, definitely stress to them that this is very time consuming and that you want dedicated dancers and that you want people that really want to be there and that are going to enjoy every second of it because trust me it's hard work and I would definitely, definitely stress that before you even choose people to be on your team and then once you already have your team together in these rehearsals you will see who are the dancers that really want to be there and who are the ones that are really dedicated and the ones that are not, you might want to get rid of them because you want people that want to be there so you definitely stress that."
