"Now I'm going to show you how to tie a Christmas bow using velvet ribbon. What you're going to need is you're going to need some velvet ribbon of course. You'll probably also need some craft wire and a pair of scissors. Now one thing you need to keep in mind when you're making a bow with the velvet ribbon is you don't want to work with too much because the more you work with it, that velvet is going to start coming off the backing, and it leaves not so pretty part of the ribbon. So you want to make sure that wants it starts to get to that point, if it's looking kind of shabby, just throw it away and get some more ribbon. So what you're going to do is for velvet ribbon, we're going to do it, tie a bow, just kind of like a normal Christmas bow, but you want to make sure to keep things nice and flat so that you don't work with it too much. So what we're going to do is we're going to find the center of our piece of ribbon and we're going to tie a knot in the middle, trying to keep the ribbon nice and flat. Then we're going to form a loop. We're going to take the other strands. We're going to go around our loop, again keeping it flat. We're going to tuck the ribbon through that loop, and we're going to pull it to form the other section of our ribbon and we can pull it back and forth to get it to the length that we want. And as with any Christmas bow, we want to make sure that things stay nice. Once you get it in the place that you want it, you can pull it nice and tight to keep it in place. And then what you can do is you can cut the ends to make it look nice. Fold it in half and cut it at an angle, one direction to form a V at the end, and fold it in half and cut it the other direction to form a point. So that now that you've made your bow, you can take your craft wire and weave it through the back and you can use what little is sticking out to attach it to whatever you need to. So that's how you mack a Christmas bow with velvet ribbon. Thank you and have fun."
