Every day, I am wondering what new creative ideas I can think of or look and research into a book as far as event creation and planning. I want to give you a few key tips on getting into the event planning business. First and foremost experience is everything. Whether you get an internship, volunteer or a paid position with a local company. You want to get your name out there and work with other top individuals within the business and industry. Looking for associations so you can learn the ins and outs from other professionals. A degree is not required but is always beneficial to have an associates or bachelors degree within a similar field, career field. Whether it's communication or public speaking or business.
