"My name is Tanya Batts, and I'm with Physique Designs. Today, I want to talk to you about nutritional specialists. In today's fast food society, nutritional specialists are really important. People really need that nutritional value, especially children. So a lot of parents are seeking out nutritionists to make sure their kids are getting the proper nutrients they need so they can grow up strong. Another thing is people might have problems doing their meal plans. They're looking to lose weight, they're going to look to that nutritionist to help them kind of plan out their meals and also conquer that food pyramid. It's a little confusing. The nutritionist will explain it step by step, and it's going to get you well on your way to a healthier you. As well as meal plans, if you have food allergies such as nuts, or maybe lactose intolerant, nutritionists will actually help you plan so you can get the same amount of nutrients that you would from those things that you're allergic to. So meal plans are a great way to seek nutritionists out, even children. The moms are really looking at nutritionists to help them, their family, and their kids get on the right track. So that is what a nutritional specialist can do for you."
