"Hi! I'm Donna Barnes, life and relationship coach here in New York City, and the author of "It's All About You." How to catch your wife cheating is a pretty commonly asked question. Women cheat as much as men do unfortunately, but mostly for emotional reasons. So, the first thing to watch for is any changes really in her behavior. If she has a job, if she's staying at the office later than she normally does, if she started to take new interest in her appearance, if she bought new clothes, if she's doing her make-up a little differently, and if you are still having a sexual relationship, if she's trying new things with you then she might have possibly learn that from somebody else. So, if all of a sudden you're noticing changes, doesn't necessarily mean she's having an affair. She could also just be deciding she wants to make some improvements in her life and that's for you. So, don't go flying off the handle and accusing her, but if you see these warning signs then start taking more notice. If you can take a look at her phone records, and see if she's been calling somebody frequently for any kind of reason, and if you can afford to, then you might need to hire a private investigator. I don't recommend yourself going out and following her, and see what she's doing, but if it's really that strong of the suspicion and you need proof if you can afford to, then if you can hire a professional to find out if yes, she is indeed cheating. But I think the best way to handle it really is to ask her, and find out, it might not be because she doesn't love you anymore, it might just be because she's frustrated with your relationship and she's not handling it the right way, but she needs something to change. So, I think if you're capable and you suspect it, I think if you can be calmly and approach it from a place of, hey, is there something wrong in our relationship, is there something that you feel we need to work on, is there anything that you like to tell me, and give her an opening to tell you. She just might and it might make your relationship better."
