Okay. Some of the best things to drink when you have a stomach virus, the first thing you want to do is gargle, because you want to actually clear out what's going on in your system. So, you want to gargle with warm water and about a teaspoon of salt, do not drink it, because what you're doing is you're actually killing whatever germs are in your system. Okay, one of the best things to drink is ginger. Ginger actually helps with that upset stomach. So, you just boil, they have all different types, you can do your own ginger that you can shred and put in hot water, or they have ginger tea bags nowadays, so ginger is really soothing thing for your stomach. Another thing is garlic. Everyone's knows that garlic is good to take but it's actually a great tea because it kills bacteria and it's anti-fungal. So, that's a wonderful thing, it also helps you sweat out a lot of the toxins that are through your system and that's pretty much what's going on in your system, is your trying to fight some kind of toxicity, so you want to get rid of that. Peppermint is also another thing that's great because it brings down fevers, and it helps with you kind of soothing your system a bit. So, those are some really great things that you want to do for your system when you have any kinds of infections. The thing about, a lot of people think about Vitamin C, which is awesome. The only thing is that when you drink it in juice, your actually drinking more than your body's intended to have, so if you actually squeeze an orange, you probably get about this much juice. When you're drinking orange juice, you're actually getting a higher amount of concentration of the sweetness of it, and your body then has to take care of that sweetness, so what you're actually doing is lowering the resistance to fighting off your cold, when you're drinking that, it's best to have a Vitamin C tablet or pills, or even some kind of tincture, sometimes they have Vitamin C tinctures, or actually eating an orange is better than drinking the orange juice because when you eat the orange you get the whole fiber from the fruit, so you also get all the nutrients. When it's orange juice, it's processed, so all the natural stuff is processed out of it, and all you get is the sweetness which actually lowers your resistance. So, those are the best things because what you want to do is soothe your system and get rid of the toxins that are in your system.
