"My name is Tanya Bats and I'm with Physique Designs. I'm going to tell you how you can become an aerobic instructor. If you're interested in getting in shape, maybe meeting new people, love to workout and love to help people feel as good as you do, then you might need to be an aerobic instructor. There are two great organizations that you need to look to become certified. There's IFTA, that's I F T A which stands for the Interactive Fitness Trainer's of America and there's AFAA, Aerobic Fitness Association of America, that's A F A A. Those are two great organizations that you can find out all kinds of information, find out when they're coming to town at a gym near you and you just go there, it's an all day class and they're going to show you how you can be a great aerobic instructor and actually it's called group fitness leader certification. It's just a great way to get in shape, help other people get in shape and it's going to make you become a more healthier you and help people around you feel just as good about themselves as you feel about yourself. So that is how you can become an aerobics instructor."
