"Hi. We are here today to talk about cheese graters. Cheese graters is a utensil made from metal plates that are been pressed into different forms and shapes to make whatever you need. Most graters are you know cowbell shaped which as four tin sides made for ways of doing it either in slices, powders or even chunks if you really need that much. The cowbell version as i said has the four sides and one side it has really big holes about the size maybe of an eraser, that way it can cut big long lines of strips. On the other side it is usually a very fine point, used in most cheeses like Parmesan, Pecorino Romano, or even some of those really hard cheeses to make a very fine powder for cooking. Another big one is a flat-bead, grater which also has just on one side either you can buy them either very small very large or there is always a medium for whatever you like to do. And the third one is the hand type, it is a hand crank usually which you will see mostly in restaurants for the Parmesan and the Pecorino Romano to have at your table. Most cheese graters are pretty easy, very simple to use the thing you got to worry about do not go out and buy an expensive cheese grater. You should you should only spend about three to five dollars on a cheese grater and that is about it. They are simple easy and pretty much inexpensive so enjoy."
