"Hi my name is Merrilee and today I'm going to show you how to make vegan hot chocolate. It's not as difficult as it may sound and requires very few ingredients. First of all I started with a half a cup of water in my sauce pan then we add two tablespoons of sugar. Two tablespoons of cocoa. A half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a dash of salt. We mix this all up and we put it over a medium heat until we bring it to a simmer. We let it simmer for just a minute and then we're going to add one and a quarter cups of vanilla soy milk and bring it not quite to boiling but just until the milk is thoroughly heater, I'm sorry. So put that on our stove stirring frequently so it doesn't stick to the bottom and we're just about at that simmer point so we're going to add our one and a quarter cups of milk. Mix it up just a little bit more and that is how you make vegan hot chocolate."
